Due to continued growth, the company now seeks French Speaking Customer Service Specialist. The right candidate will be a creative, innovative, enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills. • higher education, preferably in Finance (might be IV or V year student)
• background or experience in economics or financial services would be an advantage
• previous experience in a customer service role desirable
• French language - native or proficiency level required
• very good knowledge of English language is a must (knowledge of any additional language e.g. Polish, German, Hungarian or Romanian would be an advantage)
• responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
• strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• good knowledge of MS Office
