The Opportunity

You will join the TT&L (Transport, Trade & Logistics) department, which is a global organization with clear end-to-end responsibility. As the Freight Settlement Specialist, you will be responsible for validating carrier invoices and ensuring that transport costs are charged according to agreed contract and purchasing guidelines. Daily cooperation with other teams and carriers will be a great opportunity to build a high-level view of processes and to find the areas for improvements.

How Youll Make An Impact

• Responsible for the carrier billing checking and the correct cost assignment.
• Monitor payment status of invoices.
• Daily contact with carrier and clients to ensure the proper process flow.
• Responding carrier’s queries / escalations connected with payments for transports.
• Cooperating with internal teams and AP.
• Support PO Compliance for incoming invoices.

Your Background

• 1 year of experience in transportation, supply chain or financial area.
• English language B2 level.
• Organized, structured and systematic work habits and mindset.
• Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks with high ownership.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with advanced TMS platforms is preferred (SAP TM).
