Operational activities - Operational Administration

Job title

1. Sea shipments handling in import and export
2. Communication with existing and potential clients of the company
3. Selection of subcontractors
4. Negotiating shipping rates and terms of cooperation
5. Verification of invoices and shipping documents from subcontractors
6. Supervision of complaints and claims settlement
7. Entering orders into the shipping book and internal operating system

Applicants profile

1. 2 years of experience at Freight Forwarder Sea position
2. Knowledge of the specificity of operational processes in sea freight
3. Ability to think logically and analytically
4. Negotiation and interpersonal skills
5. Very good work organization
6. Ability to work under time pressure
7. English - B2
