# Freight Forwarder (Europa / Road Freight)by in#### **About the Role**We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder with strong knowledge of the European road freight market. This role will support the development of the Polish forwarding team which is currently focusing mainly on Domestic Polish traffic, while also expanding the network and cooperation across Europe.Additionally – the company is also opening a role in their Netherlands office in Oss for an experienced Freight Forwarder, so this recruitment covers opportunities in both locations.#### **Key Responsibilities*** Managing end-to-end European road freight forwarding operations (FTL / LTL)* Organising shipments and selecting optimal transportation routes across EU markets* Negotiation of rates, terms, and cooperation agreements with carriers and logistics partners* Daily coordination and communication with carriers, clients, and internal teams* Proactive monitoring of shipments, solving operational issues, delays, customs topics* Preparing documentation, confirming transport orders, invoicing data, and system updates* Supporting development and scaling of the Polish forwarding team#### **Requirements*** Minimum 2–3 years experience in European road freight forwarding.* Proven track record in working with European carriers / transport networks* Knowledge of EU transport regulations, CMR, Incoterms* Strong negotiation skills and ability to build partnership-based relationships* Very good communication skills in English (Polish a plus)* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make fast operational decisions* Priority thinking, ownership mindset, proactive approach#### **Nice to Have*** Experience in Domestic PL traffic (added advantage)* Experience with TMS systems and modern digital freight / transport platforms#### **What We Offer*** Stable long-term role with growth opportunity* Competitive salary based on experience (base + performance bonus)* Work in a developing international forwarding environment* Real influence on shaping forwarding processes and scaling the EU businessApply today through HireCrafts Recruitment – trusted partner in manufacturing and engineering hiring.Please apply by clicking the button on the right or send your application via email – office@hirecrafts.comPlease be advised that we will contact selected candidates.**Location:** Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid) **Type:** Full-time / PermanentExperienceMin 2 years
