• Information Gathering: Collect and document essential candidate details, including CVs, skills, experience, and availability.
• Match Candidates: Ensure the candidates meet the job requirements provided and pass along the matched profiles to the Recruitment Manager for review.
• Follow-Up: Maintain communication with candidates as needed throughout the sourcing process.

Requirements:

• A strong professional network and active presence on platforms like LinkedIn, as well as other social media channels.
• Highly organized with the ability to track multiple candidates and roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates.
