Responsibilities

1. Source candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks
2. Prepare and post engaging job descriptions to attract a diverse pool of applicants
3. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
4. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide support and updates
5. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture
6. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to refine processes and improve outcomes
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online recruitment

Requirements

1. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an online setting
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
5. Proficiency in using online recruitment tools and platforms
6. A keen understanding of different industries and the talent landscape
7. C1/C2 level English proficiency
