Job Description

Remote or hybrid in Warsaw.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand’s presence, engage our target audience, and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, and strategic planning across multiple platforms. As a freelance marketing specialist, you will be responsible for executing various marketing campaigns, preparing promotional materials, crafting website content, managing internal and external communications, and analyzing performance data. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure business goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement tailored marketing strategies that align with the business goals.
  2. Identify and target key customer segments, craft campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  3. Develop and execute campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media.
  4. Develop creative content such as social media posts and website copy, ensuring consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.
  5. Design and produce promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and banners to support marketing campaigns, ensuring that all materials reflect the brand’s visual identity and messaging effectively.
  6. Create and optimize engaging website content, including landing pages, product descriptions, blog posts, and calls-to-action (CTAs), working with web developers to ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligns with overall marketing objectives.
  7. Develop internal communication templates for team announcements and project updates, as well as external communication templates for emails, newsletters, press releases, and client outreach, ensuring all communication is clear, concise, and aligned with the brand voice.
  8. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns (KPIs such as ROI, CTR, conversion rates), using data insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience (3+ years) as a marketing specialist or digital marketer with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  2. Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  3. Strong knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  4. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva and others.
  5. Experience designing and creating promotional materials, website copy, and communication templates.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
  7. Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
  9. Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
