Freelance Linguistics Specialist – English to Ukrainian

Join Cactus Communications as a remote, task‑based contributor to support AI and language projects. This role is 100% remote, flexible, and available for freelance, contract work.

Job Description

We are building a global pool of bilingual contributors to complete flexible, task‑based work remotely. Bilingual speakers will review and refine texts, perform quality checks, and support AI‑model localization.

Sample Tasks (one at a time, varying by project)

• Review and refine text, translations, and captions across general areas such as travel, food, lifestyle, and finance
• Transcribe conversations and perform quality checks
• Label or annotate voice, text, or image content
• Review and correct AI‑generated outputs
• Assist in localizing content for AI models

What We’re Looking For

• Near‑native level proficiency in Ukrainian and a strong command of English
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Prior experience in translation, editing, or related language tasks is preferred
