We’re looking for a part‑time Freelance Graphic Designer to visually communicate our work – inside and outside the company.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital and print materials, including social media assets, presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides), marketing collateral (email templates, one‑pagers, infographics, brochures, banners), and internal initiatives (event branding, team materials).
• Interpret scientific/technical content into clear, professional visual formats.
• Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and campaigns that reflect the company’s brand and business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, People & Culture, and leadership teams.
• Ensure designs are consistent with the brand identity, style guide, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design (freelance or agency background welcomed).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Figma, etc.
• Experience designing for professional or B2B audiences, especially in tech, science, or health sectors (a plus).
• Ability to work with technical briefs and collaborate remotely with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver on time.
• Bonus: skills in motion graphics, animations, or slide design (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
