Freelance Game LQA Tester - Dutch Speaker

TransPerfect Games is a leading provider of bespoke and flexible video‑game services, offering solutions such as translation, functional and localization game testing, certification testing, focus group and playtesting, player support, community management, cybersecurity, and more. We are looking for a Dutch native speaker to join our Game Localization QA team.

Responsibilities

• Identify, isolate, document and fix localization/linguistic issues; verify fixes via test tools or databases.
• Follow test cases/checklists to perform targeted testing and execute testing procedures.
• Write bug descriptions based on company standards and client specifications.
• Apply knowledge of user preferences in the target market to influence product quality.
• Proactively look for gaps in test coverage.
• Collaborate with partner teams and provide constructive feedback on gameplay, fun factor, and balance.
• Complete all other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Native level Dutch (testing language) with excellent spelling and grammar.
• Good command of English; all instructions and documentation are in English.
• Gaming LQA experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science, game design or related field is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, can‑do attitude, strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of digital technologies (mobile, tablets, browsers).
• Team player with a positive attitude and drive to deliver in fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Additional Information

• Position is on a mandate contract.
• Right to work in Warsaw required – must be Polish citizen, EU member, permanent resident or have a relevant work permit/visa.
• Onsite work during core business hours (Mon‑Fri, 8 hour/day) at our Warsaw office.
• Availability to start immediately is a bonus.
• Experience with software localization, bug tracking systems (JIRA, Mantis, ADO, Bugzilla, etc.) and CAT tools is an advantage.
