We are looking for a proactive and communicative Fraud Monitoring Consultant to join our Fraud Operations team.
In this role, you will focus on monitoring fraud alerts, optimizing daily operations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the highest level of efficiency and fraud mitigation. If you have strong analytical skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently. In that case, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the field of fraud monitoring.
Tasks:
•Closely collaborating with the monitoring team to optimize delivery times and efficiency for all priorities.
•Staying updated on fraud and false positive trends, using insights for alert handling.
•Optimizing average handling time (AHT) to balance misjudgments and false positives effectively.
•Ensuring inquiries are handled in a SPOC setup.
•Taking ownership of the robotics responsible person role.
•Communicating relevant information to the team and stakeholders via Teams.
•Escalating operational issues when necessary.
•Assisting with updates and tasks related to consumer protection services (CPS).
•Managing customer escalations by deactivating specific rules or taking action to mitigate fraud.
•Utilizing Power BI to optimize alert monitoring and provide input for rules and CPS.
•Providing second-line support via the phone line.
