About the role:

As a Financial Reporting and Analysis Business Analyst, you are part of the backbone delivering the managerial reporting within the FR&A Centre of Excellence Organization, as well as driving in-depth analysis of the Sales and Marketing results. In a dynamic and fast-moving environment, you act as a financial advisor by providing decision-making support, business intelligence and financial performance reporting.

As an FR&A Business Analyst, you will prepare daily, monthly and quarterly management reporting (e.g., P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow), in-depth analysis and participate in continuous improvement efforts across our processes. You will report to the FR&A CoE Lead.

What youll do:

1. Play a key role in the business planning and review processes, providing analytical support to internal customers throughout the business.
2. Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to deliver insights on financial results of the stakeholders.
3. Perform in-depth analysis of critical business activities and business units in order to determine upcoming business opportunities and risks.
4. Support the process of annual forecasts and budgets, as well as advanced quantitative analysis and financial models.
5. Assist with the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external reporting schedules, as well as automating reporting processes.
6. Play a strategic role in the reporting and planning of the company’s workforce and operational management.
7. Assist with other ad hoc tasks to ensure the FR&A team manages its deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Academic degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
2. Experience within Finance function (Finance and accounting and/or Business Analysis).
3. Previous financial analysis experience will be an asset.
4. Excellence in MS Office suite (especially Excel).
5. Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI.
6. Fluency in English (business English).
7. Strong analytical skills.
8. Highly proactive and self-motivated team player with great social and communication skills.
