Right now, we are building our Design Department from the ground up, and we’re looking for our very first Framer Web Designer.
This is not just another design role.
You will have real ownership and freedom to shape how the Web Design department works. You’ll define standards, introduce trends, and build foundations that future designers will follow. If you’ve ever wanted to co-create a design culture instead of just fitting into one, this is your moment.

Integrating motion and interaction design into web projects using tools such as Figma, Framer, Jitter, and Spline.
Supporting copy direction when needed, ensuring that design and content work together seamlessly to create a strong conversion-focused experience.
Improving and creating design processes – we value proactivity, feedback, and smart optimization of workflows.
