FP&A Systems and Projects Expert

What this position is about:

FP&A Systems & Projects Expert works closely with Corporate FP&A, Corporate Accounting and Global Functions in order to deliver financial systems support to management and finance community at the company.

What will you do:

• Support the management of the HQ FP&A system (MyBudget, TM1 based) for overheads, CAPEX and headcount. That includes ownership of all data and processes end to end.
• Supporting business partners in management reporting and analysis.
• Supporting project deliverables for FP&A improvement projects (including requirements analysis, testing and change management).
• Communicate with Corporate FP&A, Corporate Accounting and Global Functions team to ensure the system is performing correctly.
• Updating GBS transactional documentation for the processes in scope to ensure Core Services are executed in line with Corporate requirements.
• Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

Who are we looking for:

• University degree (Accounting or Finance).
• 3 years of experience in financial / management reporting in a large multi-national organization.
• Professional qualification of ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc. is a plus.
• Very good TM1 knowledge is a must. System knowledge, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, BW/BPC/Analysis is a plus.
• Good knowledge of project management.
• Good understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Strong financial analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt during periods of change.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
