We’re looking for FP&A Supply Chain Global Lead to join our FP&A team in Łódź office. You will be a part of the Center of Expertise Operations within the Financial Planning & Analysis organization. Mainly proactively support operations in Industry and SCM to understand and improve performance, deliver strategy and operations goals based on robust actionable insight.

You’ll be responsible for supporting businesses and SCM Function to drive performance in SCM / Inventory flows including leading a team of 3-4 FTE . This is a global role with many stakeholders up to the highest company levels.

What you’ll do

• You will play a leading role in driving the E2E processes related to financial and non-financial SCM / Inventory Planning and Forecasting – Quarterly FC, Annual Operating Plans (AOP), and 3-Year Strategic Plans for all businesses and regions in Signify.
• Youll implement and calculate standard costing and uplifts.
• Youll prepare reliable and high-quality information according to the timetable, covering reporting and analyzing business performance.
• Youll safeguard timely and adequate responses to internal customer requests.
• You will participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
• Youll standardize and harmonize reports.

Your qualifications

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance SCM related aspects. Understand product cycle flows from components to finished goods sales.
• You understand how that influences cost, Working Capital, cash flows in the company, and influences results.
• You graduated with a Masters degree (preferred finance, accounting, economy, logistics, business administration, or any other widely understood business/finance-related education).
• You communicate very well in English.
• You have experience in SCM Finance related topics already and are eager to take on more responsibility to learn more.
• You have finance and non-finance analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and build actionable insights.
• You have strong Excel skills and the ability to quickly maintain big data.
• SAP / Snowflake / Power BI knowledge will be an additional benefit.
