Our Client, a global leader in the healthcare manufacturing sector, is currently seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Specialist to join their Global Manufacturing Finance Team.
We are looking for an FP&A Analyst who will support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for our client’s global operations. This role works closely with the Finance Business Partner and other internal teams to provide accurate financial insights and ensure strong cost control.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar financial analysis role.
- Strong command of English and at least B2 Serbian.
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cost analysis, and financial metrics (e.g., EBITDA).
- Confident user of SAP; other planning tools are a plus.
- Very good analytical skills, structured work style, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
