Job Description

We are currently building a new Center of Excellence within the global Finance structure of a leading FMCG company. As an FP&A Analyst or Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the FP&A function across European markets - with a particular focus on Marketing/ Commercial or Supply chain areas.

• Act as a finance business partner to marketing, sales, and operations teams by turning strategies into actionable financial plans.
• Analyze end-to-end financial performance (P&L, cash flow) and recommend improvements to support profitability and growth.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and ad hoc analysis for global stakeholders.
• Support planning cycles and management reporting processes across multiple markets.
• Help build new tools and reporting systems (Power BI, SAP, Excel).
• Actively identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization and automation initiatives.
• Shape newly created FP&A structures and bring an enterprise-wide mindset to cross-functional collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

• Has experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance business partnering - ideally in an international or SSC/GBS environment.
• Speaks fluent English (minimum B2+) - you-ll use it daily.
• Enjoys working with data, turning insights into business recommendations.
• Is proactive, collaborative, and eager to build new things in a fast-changing environment.
• Is flexible and open to developing across various business areas (Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain).
• Has experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP, or similar).
