The opportunity

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to deliver financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that supports strategic decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all processes meet performance and quality standards.

Your key responsibilities

1. Provide high-quality FP&A services, including financial analysis and reporting.
2. Develop detailed budgets and forecasts, and conduct variance analysis to compare actuals against forecasts.
3. Perform financial analyses, including cost of sales analysis and product costing, while reporting on profitability.
4. Ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with internal controls and requirements.
5. Monitor financial and business performance metrics, as well as operational performance measurements.
6. Prepare commentary on business results for management review.
7. Assist in creating executive presentations and financial reports for stakeholders.
8. Respond to ad hoc queries from the business as needed.

To qualify for the role, you must have

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 1 to 3 years experience in financial planning and analysis.
3. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
5. Knowledge of FP&A tools and technologies, such as Anaplan, ServiceNow (SNOW), Tableau, Power BI, and RPA platforms is a plus.
