Role Overview
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive FP & A Coordinator to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of controlling operations, supporting month‑end and year‑end closing processes, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Programming and quarterly Forecasts processes
- Utilize Planning and Control systems and processes to deliver timely and accurate management accounts to support internal decision‑making, with a focus on profitability, cash, working capital, cost reduction
- Support management’s decision‑making process in preparing ad‑hoc analysis
- Support the financial auditing, risk analysis and cash control ensuring a culture of compliance
- Coordinate the preparation of complete Reporting set, analyzing variances between planned and actual on: Sales, Contribution Margins, Industrial Operations, Structure costs
- Capex analysis coordination and support preparation
- Reviews analysis results, develops insightful suggestions for investment, sourcing, cost reduction and business decisions
- Build an effective and advantageous relationship with Corporate, giving timely answers and proposing value‑added improvements
Requirements
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
- Previous experience in an accounting, controlling or finance role, preferably in an international environment
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP systems is an asset
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
