Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive FP & A Coordinator to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of controlling operations, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Programming and quarterly Forecasts processes
• Utilize Planning and Control systems and processes to deliver timely and accurate
  
  management accounts to support internal decision-making, with a focus on
  
  profitability, cash, working capital, cost reduction.
• Support management’s decision making process in preparing ad-hoc analysis.
• Support the financial auditing, risk analysis and cash control ensuring a culture of
  
  compliance.
• Coordinate the preparation of complete Reporting set, analyzing variances between
  
  planned and actual on: Sales, Contribution Margins, Industrial Operations, Structure
  
  costs.
• Capex analysis coordination and support preparation.
• Reviews analysis results, develops insightful suggestions for investment, sourcing,
  
  cost reduction and business decisions.
• Build an effective and advantageous relationship with Corporate, giving timely
  
  answers and proposing value added improvements.

Requirements

• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
• Previous experience in an accounting, controlling or finance role, preferably in an international environment.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP systems is an asset.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
