FP&A Analyst, Supply Chain
Carlsberg Shared Services invites applicants for the FP&A Analyst, Supply Chain role. The position is located in Poznań, Poland and is part of the Central Excellence (CoE) Supply Chain team, which currently consists of 25 FP&A analysts supporting product costing, reporting, and financial planning across Western Europe.
Role Overview
The CoE Supply Chain is a centralized competence centre for investment and operational accounting, providing support in product costing & reporting, month‑end closing, financial planning and reporting, and business‑relevant analysis for ISC and local Supply Chain companies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with regional, market, and functional partners to understand data and analytical requirements.
- Managing budget and estimation processes within Supply Chain, including master‑data standardisation, volume planning, and cost allocation.
- Developing planning tools, consolidating data, analysing and reporting forecasts.
- Delivering MEC activities such as WIP calculation, MCV analysis, cost allocation, and variance calculation, providing insights on production efficiency.
- Providing financial reporting support through template design, tools, and process alignment with CoE and regional standards.
- Calculating landed prices and supporting ABC calculations, ensuring data accuracy and technical setup.
- Supporting the NPD process by evaluating business cases and contingency simulations.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, establishing relationships and facilitating collaborative problem solving.
- Aligning with agreed priorities and promoting cross‑team collaboration.
- Adapting to change with a critical perspective and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
Who We’re Looking For
- BA or Master’s degree.
- Analytical thinking and experience in financial or performance management in FMCG or similar sectors.
- Understanding of at least one functional area of the business.
- Knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, Hyperion Financial Management, and other analytics platforms.
- High proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to document and share knowledge effectively.
