This position is helping FP&A Director in managing and improving financial aspects of the division with a potential to grow in the Controller function in the future.

Scope of Duties:

1. Supporting Group Finance team during the month close with variance analysis, completion & quality checks and summary reports.
2. Consolidate global divisional input and providing consistent feedback to the Management.
3. Maintaining key divisional trackers and provide feedback.
4. Support rolling forecasting process and preparation of performance review presentations.
5. Support the annual budgeting process and consolidate input from all segments within the Division.
6. Produce regular reports and timely feedback as required, demonstrating performance vs. critical KPI’s.
7. Oversee financial applications development in Qlik and app maintenance process.
8. Communicate to all levels of management, providing timely and pertinent feedback.

What We Want:

1. Controlling / Accounting, Business Management, technical degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
3. Able to communicate effectively, with good command of the English language (both oral and written).
4. Ability to work as a member of a team or individually as required.
5. Business driven mindset.
6. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, Oracle HFM system, SAP R/3 Business Warehouse system. Knowledge of Qlik Sense is an additional advantage.
7. Analytical and creative approach with the ability to balance long and short term goals.
8. Understanding and interpretation of key financial metrics.
9. Interpersonal Effectiveness / Teamwork - ability to work with cross-functional teams in multiple locations in different business units and geographies.
