Who We Are
Founded in 2017, Unit8 is a fast-growing Swiss AI and data analytics consulting and services company dedicated to solving complex problems of traditional industries like automotive, chemical, financial services, manufacturing and pharma. We work with some of the biggest organisations in Europe to solve the challenges that directly affect their business - be it operations, finance, manufacturing or R&D. About you
We are looking for an experienced Foundry Engineer with a passion for data and solving complex client challenges. You should be a skilled professional who has:
* Foundry Platform Knowledge
* Programming Skills - proficiency in Python and PySpark.
* Data Skills (Nice-to-have) - knowledge of data modeling and basic concepts of data science (classification, clustering, regression).

,[As a core member of our agile project teams, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust data solutions and infrastructure. You will work on cutting-edge data and AI topics, leveraging the full potential of the Foundry platform to solve real-world business problems for our clients., Developing, deploying, and troubleshooting complex data pipelines and processing systems using a variety of open-source and closed-source technologies, with a strong focus on Foundry., Driving optimization, testing, and tooling to ensure exceptional data quality., Collaborating with other software engineers, ML experts, and stakeholders in a cross-functional agile environment., Working in multi-functional agile teams to continuously experiment, iterate and deliver on new product objectives.
