Forwarders Inside Sales Specialist with Swedish / Danish/ Norwegian
Your responsibilities
- Achieve sales in line with the required of volume and profit targets
- Through proactive prospecting, networking and lead follow up, create a pipeline of opportunities to win new business
- Maintain a regularly updated win/loss analysis
- Conduct online meetings and presentations for potential customers
- Contacting clients via phone and email
- Build a positive image of the company and customer relations on foreign markets
- Develop and deliver sales proposals for new customers (small and medium companies)
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the full product portfolio to capitalise on all available prospects
- Manage the sales funnel
- Have a real impact on the development of the markets we work with
- Adopt a planned and structured approach to winning business
Our requirements
- Fluent English and Swedish (the most desirable) or Danish or Norwegian
- Ideally you have experience in B2B sales
- Either experience in direct telephone sales or experience as a freight forwarder (min. 1 year)
- Openness and flexibility in the face of changes
- Unconventional thinking that you can turn into action, even when something seems to be repetitive and obvious
- Ideally, you live in Wrocław or the surrounding area, otherwise you can guarantee a quiet workplace with fast and stable internet while working fully remote
- Great sense of humor (you can count on it on our part ;))
