The Forms Governance Business Analyst shall provide excellent client service in partnership with various stakeholders by executing the two main processes assigned to the Team – Client communications and Document Management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of Bank’s documents inventory for various regions: periodic reviews and ad hoc requests.
  • Updating electronic documents in central repository.
  • Coordinating client communications sent by the Business.
  • Working with the internal Business Requestors to understand background and context of requests to be executed and advising the most efficient solutions.
  • Collecting and reviewing elements crucial for communication dispatch and forms uploads/updates (adherence to internal guidelines, clients’ distribution lists, approvals, etc.).
  • Working with internal partners (e.g., technology) to solve ad‑hoc issues or enhance current functionalities.
  • Proactively addressing any identified deficiencies – system errors, data gaps, etc.
  • Getting involved in various projects and initiatives aiming to improve client experience.
  • Sharing best practice and driving client‑centric solutions.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, IFs).
  • Ability to understand new digital systems quickly.
  • Ability to cope with ambiguity & change – high adaptability.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Experience in working with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to challenge status quo and continuously optimize processes and tasks in own area of responsibility.
  • Pro‑active and self‑driven, showing initiative.
  • Analytical mind with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Degree educated, preferably in a Business Management discipline; however, exceptional candidates with other qualifications will be considered.
