Your responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within eDiscovery and Reg/LegalTech.
  • Manage complex sales processes end-to-end.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver tech-based investigative solutions.
  • Strengthen PwC’s reputation in digital forensics and legal technology.
  • Drive revenue and ensure strong client partnerships.

Our requirements

  • 8–10 years’ experience in sales, ideally in eDiscovery/LegalTech consulting or with leading platforms (e.g. Relativity One, Nuix, Magnet Axiom, Magnet Verakey, Cellebrite software, Encase and the functioning of AI tools)
  • Strong understanding of the German and wider European Reg/LegalTech markets.
  • Proven sales skills and ability to build trust with clients.
  • Passion for technology in fraud prevention/litigation.
  • Strategic and practical approach with strong analytical abilities.
  • Excellent German and English (both C1 level).

  • Broad Legal/Compliance market knowledge in Germany and Europe.

We help our clients prevent, identify, and combat economic fraud by means of, for example, economic investigations or surveying into fraud and corruption. We also specialize in the acquisition and preservation of electronic evidence and forensic data analysis. Clients approach us with a variety of problems – our key to solving them and to providing effective support in tackling the crisis is first and foremost our extensive, multi-discipline, and long-standing experience.

We seek an experienced Sales Leader with expertise in regulatory, legal tech, and advanced analytics. In this role, you will develop new business, lead sales cycles, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver forensic solutions. You’ll position PwC as a trusted advisor while driving growth and building lasting client relationships.
