Foreman with German language

We are looking for electrical and mechanical foremen/assemblers to join our Engineering Assembly Services Competence Center, an in‑house unit specialized in the execution of electrical and mechanical assembly projects. We work with clients mainly in the intralogistics and bottling sectors.
This position requires availability to travel abroad up to 70% of the time on an annual basis.
We provide full domestic and foreign per diems in accordance with the law, company clothing, appropriate work clothes, a suitable suit case, travel insurance, accommodation in single rooms, and all business travel arrangements and fees.
Your tasks
- Technical organization of the work of the team of assemblers within the implemented task area
- Support in the preparation of labor‑intensive quotations
- Verification of the quality of work performed
- Compliance with health and safety regulations and internal customer requirements
- Support in the process of equipment commissioning
Requirements
- Communicative knowledge of the German language
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an electrical fitter or electromechanic including 2 years of experience in the area of technical supervision of works
- Availability to travel abroad 70% per year
- Technical vocational or trade education
- Driving licence of category B
- Practical ability to operate hand power tools and measuring tools
- Ability to read technical documentation
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the English language
- UDT licences for forklifts and scissor lifts
- Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics
- SEP licence up to 1kV
