Foreman with German (f/m/x)
Sii Poland is looking for a Foreman to join our Engineering Assembly Services Competence Center. This in‑house unit specializes in electrical and mechanical assembly projects for clients in intralogistics and bottling sectors. The role requires travel abroad up to 70% of the time per year.
We provide full domestic and foreign per diems, company clothing, all necessary work clothes, suitcases with tools, travel insurance, accommodation in 1‑bed rooms, and transportation on business trips. All travel arrangements and fees are handled by us.

Responsibilities
- Technical organization of the work of the team of assemblers within the implemented task area
- Support in the preparation of labor‑intensive quotations
- Verification of the quality of work performed
- Compliance with health and safety regulations and internal customer requirements
- Support in the process of equipment commissioning
Requirements
- Communicative knowledge of the German language
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position, including 2 years in technical supervision of works
- Availability to travel abroad 70% per year
- Technical vocational or trade education
- Driving license of category B
- Practical ability to operate hand tools, power tools and measuring tools
- Ability to read technical documentation
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the English language
- UDT licenses for forklifts and scissor lifts
- Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics
- SEP license up to 1 kV
