Overview

Support an AI‑driven Supply Chain initiative focused on Forecast Error Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Portfolio Segmentation to automate RCA, improve forecast accuracy, and standardize processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject‑matter expertise in demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Design and validate RCA methodologies for forecast errors.
• Advise on segmentation strategies for SKUs/brands based on volatility and business impact.
• Collaborate with AI specialists to ensure forecasting logic aligns with industry best practices.
• Review and validate automated insights and recommended actions generated by AI models.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of forecasting principles, methods, and KPIs (e.g., MAPE, bias, volatility).
• Experience in Supply Chain planning processes and tools such as SAP APO, IBP, or similar.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis of forecast errors and propose corrective actions.
• Familiarity with portfolio segmentation techniques and demand variability analysis.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in forecasting/demand planning roles.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI/ML applications in forecasting.
• Experience in FMCG or beauty industry.
