We are looking for a skilledNode.js/React Engineer  to join our team and help us build innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients. 

Project description: We are developing a recruiter-less SaaS solution that empowers anesthesiology professionals with more gig-work options and greater work-life autonomy. Our platform directly matches highly specialized clinicians with roles and organizations that align with their unique preferences. By enabling employers to create and manage local talent pools, our solution significantly reduces recruitment costs by up to 92%. Our mission is to create a convenient, non-intrusive, modern marketplace that connects clinicians with businesses in need of their services without the hassle of constant calls, texts, and emails. 

Technical stack: React.js (TypeScript), Node.js, AWS (Serverless, Amplify, Cognito, Lambdas, VPC, Cloudformation), GraphQL, MongoDB (Mongoose) 

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development 
• Extensive experience with Node.js and React.js (TypeScript) 
• Experience with AWS services, particularly Serverless, Amplify, Cognito, Lambdas, VPC, and CloudFormation 
• Solid understanding and experience with GraphQL 
• Proficiency in MongoDB and Mongoose 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

Nice-to-have Skills: 

• Experience with Apollo Server 
• Knowledge of Next.js 
• Familiarity with package managers such as npm or yarn 
• Experience with state management libraries, particularly React Query 
• Proficiency in UI component libraries such as MUI and Ant Design 
• Experience with validation libraries, particularly Yup 
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry or with SaaS platforms 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js 
• Build dynamic and responsive frontend applications with React.js 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features 
• Implement and integrate with AWS services, particularly AWS Serverless, Amplify, Cognito, Lambdas 
• Ensure high quality, scalable, and secure code 
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
