We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join one of our teams working on a mobile application for a private banking project. You will become part of a cross-functional team responsible for delivering high-quality digital solutions for one of our key clients in the financial sector. Our mission is to develop a secure, intuitive, and feature-rich mobile banking experience for premium clients. The team is composed of skilled professionals like yourself — mobile and backend developers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and a product owner — all working closely together to drive the product forward.
responsibilities :
Designing and developing high-performance, scalable mobile applications using Flutter, aligned with architectural guidelines and standards
Building new features and enhancing existing ones to improve the mobile banking experience for premium clients
Maintaining existing Flutter plugins and developing new ones as needed
Writing various types of tests (unit, widget, integration) to ensure code quality and app stability
Participating in code reviews, ensuring clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Actively contributing to solution design, technical discussions, and proposing improvements to architecture, codebase, and processes
Collaborating closely with backend developers and testers to deliver end-to-end solutions and maintain high quality across the product lifecycle
requirements-expected :
Commercial experience in Flutter development (minimum 5 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework, including state management, navigation, and UI building
Experience in maintaining and creating Flutter plugins, including platform channels (iOS/Android integration)
Very good understanding of mobile app architecture patterns
Solid experience in writing unit, widget, and integration tests
Knowledge of mobile app performance optimization, debugging, and profiling
Experience with code review processes and commitment to maintaining high code quality
Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to propose improvements in code, architecture, and processes
Good communication skills in English (min. B2)
