Technical Support Consultant (remote)

What you will do:
- Provide exceptional customer support via emails, calls, and chats.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
- Document customer interactions.
- Improve customer support processes and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Stay up to date with product updates and changes.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent German (C2 level) and English, both spoken and written.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer support in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support.
- Personal laptop or computer with at least 8 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
