We are looking for a Sales Manager role in Poland to provide focus and operational oversight that the Polish market requires in order to accelerate growth in one of our most strategic markets. Poland represents a key opportunity for expansion, and to unlock its full potential, we need strong, dedicated leadership on the ground. The new Sales Manager for Poland will work most closely with their direct line manager, the Regional Director for Flora Professional CEE who is based in the Czech Republic and oversees multiple countries.
As Sales Manager for Poland, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business in one of our most strategic markets. This is a unique opportunity to lead a full business transformation—driving profitability, implementing a new business model aligned with our growth ambitions, and taking ownership of a key market for Flora Foodservice. You will manage change within an existing team, overcoming resistance while building a high-performing culture through strong leadership and strategic recruitment. At the same time, you’ll strengthen customer relationships, ensure flawless execution, and position Poland for sustainable, long-term success.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in driving growth and leading business transformation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus) and brings 5–7 years of proven success in sales management within Foodservice, FMCG, or B2B environments. You should have a track record of delivering profitability in competitive markets and experience managing turnaround situations. Strong leadership skills are essential, including performance management and talent development. A solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial planning is required, along with analytical and strategic planning capabilities. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools is expected, and knowledge of demand planning and supply chain basics is an advantage. Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English are mandatory for regional and European communication. The role requires flexibility to travel extensively within Poland (25–40%) and occasionally internationally, as well as a valid driver’s license.
