Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

You contribute to the store profitability by:

1. Coaching and leading more junior colleagues on consumer service and internal processes and rules.
2. Taking leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager.
3. Actively connecting and engaging with consumers entering the store.
4. Driving the store KPIs and contributing to store sales.
5. Improving and coaching on the consumer experience by executing company standards.
6. Training and coaching the store team on product features and benefits, and unique selling points clearly to address consumer needs.
7. Training the store team on all omnichannel related sales tools.
8. Managing merchandise delivery processing on the same day it arrives.
9. Keeping an organized stockroom and directing sales floor replenishment to ensure your assigned area’s and/or the entire store’s complete product offer is immediately available and easily accessible to customers on a consistent basis.
10. Executing all applicable loss prevention procedures to minimize loss.
11. Implementing improvements to operations and processes contributing to the performance of the store.
12. Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and training of store team members.
13. Sharing best practices to drive the overall store team performance.

Required Knowledge, Capabilities, and Experience:

1. Minimum secondary education.
2. Fluency in English and Polish.
3. Minimum 24 months work experience in a sports and/or fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment.
4. Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
5. Experience supervising team members.
6. Intermediate numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills.
7. Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
8. Team-first mindset, collaborative and respectful to diverse teams and people.
