This customer-facing technical role bridges pre-sales, solution delivery, and customer success , ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and collaborating directly with clients . You’ll work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams. Delivery and customer success Design and deliver high-quality, end-to-end graph solutions that address customers’ analytical and operational needs, using GraphAware Hume, Neo4j, Python, and modern ML, AI, and LLM technologies. Translate business objectives into robust technical implementations and ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes. Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers, acting as a technical advisor and ensuring their continued success. Act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on GraphAware Hume’s capabilities and graph technology value. Pre-sales and enablement Design and deliver tailored GraphAware Hume demonstrations and solution prototypes, contribute to internal demo environments and pre-sales assets. Participate in online and offline marketing and sales related activities. Lead technical discussions during sales calls, workshops, and proof-of-value projects, contribute to solution proposals, implementation plans, and technical documentation. Train and advise customers, partners, and internal teams on Hume capabilities and best practices. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, sharing feedback and field insights. 3+ years of experience in a similar technical or pre-sales engineering role
~ Fluent English and the ability to articulate thoughts and messages in a convincing and compelling way, displaying a high level of professionalism in communication, particularly when dealing with clients.
~ Advanced level of skills in programming and query languages including Cypher, Python, and SQL.
~ Ability to design and advise on best-practice ETL or graph architectures and guide clients through end-to-end solution setup..
~ Solid understanding of graph concepts and data architecture .
~ Experience working with (graph) data science, ML, NLP or LLMs.
~ Familiarity with Docker and ability to write scripts and work comfortably in Linux environments.
~ Willingness to travel (approximately 20% of the time). Experience with AWS/Azure or other Cloud providers.
