Flexibility & Capacity Market Specialist

Are you ready to shape the future of energy flexibility in Poland? Join our Origination & Trading team as a Flexibility & Capacity Market Specialist and take the lead in managing our growing portfolio of Demand Side Response (DSR) contracts within the Polish Capacity Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and optimising a portfolio of DSR contracts participating in the Capacity Market
  
  
• Maintaining daily communication with PSE (Transmission System Operator) and clients
  
  
• Overseeing Capacity Market units, including strategic bidding across multiple auctions
  
  
• Coordinating and executing testing procedures for Capacity Market units
  
  
• Supervising data flow between clients’ SCADA systems and internal software protocols

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven expertise in the Polish Capacity Market
  
  
• Degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or related fields
  
  
• Excellent Polish and communicative level of English
  
  
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  
  
• Exceptional communication skills, proactive mindset, comfortable asking questions and challenging the status quo
