Were looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team.* **Fleet Management**: Oversee fleet operations in Southern Europe, covering two countries (around 150 cars), ensuring that vehicles are well-maintained, cost-efficient, and compliant with regulations, while optimizing the total cost of ownership (TCO). As the role develops, there may be an opportunity to expand responsibilities to additional countries.* **Vehicle Acquisition**: Manage the process of acquiring new company vehicles, collaborating with suppliers to select solutions that align with company policies and business needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.* **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Serve as the main point of contact between internal departments (HR, Finance) and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and gathering feedback to improve fleet operations.* **Data-Driven Reporting**: Prepare and manage fleet reports, ensuring accurate data and compliance with legal requirements, while streamlining reporting for efficiency.* **Cost Optimization**: Identify and implement initiatives to reduce costs across fuel, services, insurance, and other fleet-related expenditures.* **Supplier Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers to maximize support and collaboration.* **Global Collaboration**: Work closely with global fleet teams to align strategies and ensure consistency across regions.* 2-3 years of experience in a Fleet-related role.* Excellent communication skills* Being a team player who can work effectively both independently and within a team.* Self-motivation, as youll be expected to follow processes while also suggesting and implementing improvements and efficiencies.* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail* Good knowledge of Excel* Experience with SAP/Workday (nice to have)* Proficiency in English language**You.
