Your responsibilities
team leadership & coordination: manage and mentor a teams of specialists,
discount & rebate management:
oversee the setup, validation, and maintenance of discount structures and rebate agreements in systems,
ensure correct application of condition contracts, rebate reasons, and thresholds,
monitor accruals and settlements, and support reconciliation and reporting,
customer claims oversight:
supervise the process of registration, validation, and resolution of customer claims,
ensure claims are processed in accordance with SLA,
track claim trends and propose process improvements,
operational oversight:
ensure compliance with validation rules for pricing, contract terms, and service breakdowns,
oversee SAP data maintenance,
support internal audits and prepare documentation for compliance reviews,
reporting and analytics:
analyze trends in pricing discrepancies and claims,
Employer requirements
educational background: university degree in business, economics, or related field,
4–6 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or team leadership,
proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional coordination,
experience in managing processes across multiple regions,
knowledge of SAP, CRM, Freshdesk, Salesforce,
excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities
