What we expect

  • 4 years of professional experience in customer service, finance, administration or logistics,
  • experience in team management,
  • experience in fleet management or willingness to gain it,
  • very good knowledge of English (min. B2),
  • knowledge of additional foreign languages ​​at B2 level will be an advantage,
  • knowledge of SAP, CRM, Freshdesk, Salesforce
  • excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Your tasks

  • managing and mentoring a team of specialists,
  • acting as an escalation point for complex customer issues,
  • monitoring key performance indicators related to fleet operations,
  • financial management (minimizing administrative costs),
  • streamlining daily processes, including technical aspects, minimizing order processing times,
  • preparing and presenting reports to management,
  • supporting internal audits.
