We are looking for a Fitter Foreman to join our team in Kraków, Poland. The role involves assembling steel structures according to technical drawings, supervising a team, and ensuring work is completed efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:

• ✅ Steel structure assembly – Work according to technical drawings
• ✅ Team supervision – Lead and oversee your assigned group
• ✅ Work coordination – Report progress and team updates to the coordinator
• ✅ Tool operation – Use and maintain metal processing tools

What We’re Looking For

• ? Technical drawing skills – Ability to read and understand blueprints
• ? Metalworking experience – Familiarity with contour grinders & other tools
• ? 2D & isometric drawing knowledge (preferred)
• ? Leadership skills – Experience in a similar position is a plus
• ? Language skills – Communicative Polish & English

• ? Salary: PLN 36 net per hour
• ? Employment type: Contract of mandate
