Techstep is focusing on software development, strengthening its software engineering capabilities – this is why we are looking for a Support Analyst (1st line) for our Support & Professional Services to our office in Gdańsk.
responsibilities :
Daily, ongoing communication with clients and partners.
Helping with issues or requests from our clients and partners using ticketing system (registering, categorizing and finding solutions for reported issues, incidents or service requests).
Receiving, registering and resolving incidents and service management requests reported by phone.
Analysis of reported issues and search for possible solutions.
Providing trainings for partners and customers how to use our products - both remotely and at the customers premises.
Ongoing managed cloud infrastructure monitoring.
Cooperation with the 2nd and 3rd line of support team on more complex issues.
Cooperation with external suppliers of services and equipment.
Cooperation with R&D and Q&A teams.
Developing the IT knowledge base, documenting known issues, suggesting improvements to our processes and procedures.
requirements-expected :
The ability to think analytically and solve problems.
Knowledge in the field of IT / mobile technologies.
Basic knowledge of (My)SQL language.
Basic knowledge of issues related to the network environment (LAN / WAN).
English at communicative level.
Very good work organisation.
