Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual objectives of the area in line with promotional & marketing strategy.
- Execute promotional plans and their implementation at the regional level.
- Monitor KAM development in accordance with corporate standards.
- Matrix management in accordance with internal procedures.
- Share and learn from direct reports.
- Territory and account action planning to identify barriers, opportunities, and implement long- and short-term promotional plans in line with brand strategy.
- Multi-channel and cross-functional planning and execution.
- Ensure resources are allocated effectively and plans comply with brand and local requirements.
- Interact with stakeholders to clarify objectives and maintain plan relevance; monitor local situation and adjust as needed.
- Compliance with BMS policies and local law in all activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Scientific knowledge of disease areas, patient journey, key studies, and external environment; ongoing learning through training and self-study.
- Understanding of customer needs and ability to interpret accounts’ priorities and drivers across clinical or other parameters.
- Business understanding with KPI awareness and ability to derive actionable insights.
- Corporate standards knowledge (BMS policies & local law).
- Experience in oncology environment; knowledge of drug programs, pulmonology, and urology is welcome.
- Education: academic degree (medical, life sciences, economics, business management) or equivalent.
- Good English language skills.
Planning & Execution
- Territory action plan and account action plan development and execution.
- Identify barriers and opportunities; implement long- and short-term plans; provide market intelligence to brand team.
- Multi-channel and cross-functional plan development and execution.
- Cycle action plan implementation and ensuring effective resource deployment.
- Promotional plans adherence and regular progress reviews; uphold account management and collaboration.
- Compliance with all policies and local law.
