- You speak French and English fluently
- You have proven experience of working at Service Desk: IT support, customer support, helpdesk
- You have excellent proven customer service skills

- You have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- You enjoy teamwork
- You can work on-site in Cracow (100% office)
