Ensures the quality of software products across the stack through the design and development of software validation environments and the integration and enabling of the software stack. Responsible for the creation of validation plans and associated methodologies, the execution of validation plans in system or subsystem-levels, as well as debugging failures. Writes validation standards and procedures, analyzes the results to ensure correct functionality, determines root causes of failures, and recommends or develops corrective action. Assesses the state of the art and employs new methods to improve quality and product release efficiency.
