Summary: The role focuses on maintaining the security and functionality of a large firewall environment through regular updates, addressing vulnerabilities, and executing service requests efficiently to safeguard network integrity . Main Responsibilities: Technical planning of updates. Preparation of necessary activities and creation of change requests. If required, presenting the activities in various Change Advisory Boards. Execution and post-implementation review of updates. Execution of firewall service orders (e.g., firewall rule activations and deletions). Key Requirements: 3 years of experience. Very good networking knowledge . Excellent know-how in Fortinet and Checkpoint technologies . Knowledge of GitLab and Ansible . High commitment to the quality of work. Experience in dealing with internal and external customers . German language skills. Good communication skills. Nice to Have: Experience in a banking-regulated environment. Willingness to work outside normal hours (evenings and weekends).
