We are looking for a dynamic and independent Fire Alarm Sales Specialist who will partner with local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations and be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the project-based business environment in Poland. The position can be based in any of our branches in Poland and is classed as a hybrid working model.
ADI Global Distribution is a world leader in the distribution of security systems products (CCTV, SSWiN, KD, SSP), listed on the New York Stock Exchange. In Poland, ADI Global Distribution operates under the registered name of Ultrak Security Systems Sp. z o.o. and has 25 years of experience in the domestic security systems market.
JOB DUTIES:
- To form close relationships with system integrators, specifiers, end users, and consultants in the Fire Alarm Systems market to promote the brand, and to increase sales and demand for Fire Alarm products.
- To achieve set objectives relating to all relevant sales and product quantity mix, involving the strategic and active analysis of market opportunities, as well as the ability to influence decision-makers and ensure sales growth.
- Strategic planning - both short and medium-term sales planning will be required on a regular basis following sales workshops and liaising with the Product Management team to share market information. This is to ensure the correct positioning of products in the market. Recommendations on marketing plans and new/revised strategic direction will be discussed with the Country Manager.
- Areas of responsibility will include:
- End user consultations
- Consultants and specifiers
- Liaising with major System integrators at the senior level
- Product and market segmentation, positioning, and targeting
- Input ideas toward marketing plans for new product launches and customer events
- Focus on Project-based business
- Accuracy of forecasting
- Achievement of all budgets and targets
- This is a regional role, therefore extensive travel across the whole of Poland
YOU MUST HAVE:
- A proven track record in business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment.
- Extensive experience in the electronic security market specifically in Fire Alarm Systems and associated technologies, particularly in presenting relevant solutions to end users and consultants/specifiers.
- Experience within large integrated projects.
- Knowledge of the market, main channels, and potential customers within the electronic security market.
- Good understanding of new technologies, especially Fire Alarm Systems and possibly access control and intrusion.
- Fluent in Polish, and English on a communicative level.
- Driving license and be an active driver.
- Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD.
