As the FinOps Programme Lead & IT Service Owner, you will lead the development, deployment, and optimization of FinOps tooling solutions and end-to-end management of FinOps-related IT services, ensuring cloud financial management solutions are effectively delivered, maintained, and continuously improved.
responsibilities :
Drive the implementation, and enhancement of FinOps tools for cloud cost visibility, forecasting, and optimization.
Shape and gain agreement to scope of Programmes; develop and maintain the vision for programmes, desired outcomes, plans, budgets, resource requirements, timelines, and risk management strategies.
Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations for cloud financial management.
Manage Programme Steering Committees consisting of senior, cross-functional stakeholders
Own and manage the lifecycle of FinOps IT services, ensuring they align with business objectives and cloud financial strategies.
Define and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for FinOps services.
Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and support of FinOps tools and platforms.
Ensure compliance with cloud financial governance policies and regulatory requirements.
requirements-expected :
Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical program management, cloud cost optimization, or FinOps.
Cloud Knowledge: Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native services.
Program Management: Proven track record of leading technical programs, stakeholder management, and driving cost optimization initiatives.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at various levels of the organization.
Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and levels of the organization.
IT Service Management: Experience in ITIL frameworks, incident management, and service delivery within cloud environments
