As a FinOps Data Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, supporting projects related to IT cost management and financial transparency. You will be responsible for analyzing IT infrastructure costs, including data center, network, server, storage, and virtualization expenses, and providing clear insights for show-back and charge-back models. Your work will support decision-making across technology teams, ensuring accurate cost allocation and reporting. You will also create dashboards, visualizations, and presentations to communicate financial data effectively while collaborating with an international IT and finance team.

responsibilities :
Analyzing IT infrastructure cost allocations and financial data
Preparing charge-back and show-back reports for technology services
Creating dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or similar tools
Building and maintaining financial models using MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
Presenting IT financial insights to stakeholders using MS PowerPoint
Ensuring data quality and accuracy across all reports
Prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting project deadlines
Collaborating with international IT and finance teams
Interpreting complex datasets and recommending next steps

Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting large datasets
Working knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including data centers, network, and virtualization
Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations, ideally Power BI
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and strong data management abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple activities effectively
Experience in IT finance principles, including show-back or charge-back
Team player mentality within an international environment
Proficiency in English, written and spoken
