Position Overview

We are looking for a VIP Account Manager with Finnish language skills who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Finnish both written and spoken.
• Proactive person with good support/sales skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Search and find solutions to customers’ issues.
• Analyze customers’ behavior and maintain a personalized relationship with VIP clients, meeting their needs.
• Monitor customer performance and behavior to evaluate bonus crediting.
• Ensure that product compliance is followed according to relevant regulations.
• Previous experience as a sales agent will be considered an advantage.
• Work during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month).
