You will work in Mondelēz International Digital Services to lead the development of tools, frameworks and skills that ensure the effective delivery of the experience strategy for a specific process area (sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.). You will also work with other service operations employees to ensure they are using processes and tools to ensure an impeccable customer experience.

How You Will Contribute

As a subject matter expert (SME) for processes in your area, you will provide input to capability‑building materials and toolkits to ensure adherence to defined processes and identify opportunities for the development of standard tools, automation, digitization and application aligned with group priorities and strategy. You will monitor key performance indicators, audit and manage change controls, track issues and actions, and manage issue escalations. You will stay abreast of industry‑wide best practices in your area.

More About This Role

This role is pivotal in ensuring Mondelezs adherence to global data standards and best practices. You’ll be instrumental in implementing and upholding policies and guidelines for Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and related downstream systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders to define and confirm data ownership, ensuring clarity and accountability. You will establish and maintain well‑defined data roles within both the business and MDS, ensuring a robust data governance framework. You will maintain the global data dictionary (EDC Lite), including data lineage, and manage escalations to resolve data‑related issues, changes, and requests.

  • Serve as the central point of contact and champion global data governance for MDLZs PIM/DAM/syndication, shaping data strategy and standards.
  • Drive the creation and improvement of KPIs and data quality, ensuring accurate, reliable, actionable data for informed decisions.
  • Provide expert guidance and input to global strategy and process improvements, leveraging your data expertise to drive business success and innovation.
  • Define and maintain a robust governance framework for PIM and DAM, ensuring data integrity and compliance across the organization.

Job Specific Requirements

  • Mandatory English Proficiency; proficiency in applicable local languages is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of business experience in at least two functional areas such as finance and/or supply chain; with at least 2 years at Mondelez for internal applicants.
  • Minimum 5 years of master data management experience; with at least 2 years at MDLZ for internal applicants.
